1. How to decide how many slice to cut on the cake?

6” cake serves about 6-12 pax

Here’s a guide for how many pax you can serve. Number of serving depends on how big of you slice you cut. Eg A pax of 7 people you may cut your 6” cake in 10 slices

For guest that require a second serving can be serve with the remaining 3 pieces.

2. How to transport a cake?

Put the cake on a flat surface. If you are unable to get a flat surface use a book to elevate until you are able to lay it flat.  This is the prevent cake from sliding. Make sure interior of the car is cool to prevent melting.

3. How long can a cake last outside of air condition area?

In Singapore weather you can display about 30 mins in room temp before you start to see the cake becomes watery. Always store your cake in the fridge.

4. Are you halal certified?

We use Halal ingredients for baking. Our bakery does not use our kitchen for other purpose. Utensils are only used for baking. Do take note some cake design have alcohol bottles which we use for decoration.

5. How long can I keep the cake in fridge?      

We recommend to consume the cake within 24hrs after receiving you cake.

6. Are candles and knife provided?

We provide a plastic knife and one candle. Some cake designs are not suited to put on many candles, the heat from the candles may affect the decorations.

7. Will the cake colour and design look the same as the picture?

Display pictures on our website are for reference only. Do note that products are handmade and will not look exactly the same as the picture. For colour of the cake may appear different depending on the monitor screen. Colours are hand mix we ensure colour is close to the reference.

8. What are the delivery time/self collection time?

Delivery time is from 10.30am-6.30pm

If you require a different timing do check with us charges may apply for certain timings. For delivery location in CBD Tuas or Sentosa there will be additional charge of $5

9. What happens if there is no one to collect the cake at the given address.

Delivery man are able to wait 10 mins at most as they have other place to deliver. After 10mins cake will be place at doorstep. We are not responsible for the condition of the item.

10. Can I cancel my order?

Do inform us your order number for cancellation.

If your delivery/collection date is more than 7 days away from cancellation date, The amount you have paid will be converted into credits for future purchases.

If your delivery/collection date is less than 7 days - There will be a 50% cancellation charge and 50% credited for your future purchases with us.

For orders 3 days or less before delivery date - there is a 100% cancellation charge.

Nevertheless, we understand every situation is different and we’ll do our best to help.

 

11. What if the cake is damage when I receive?

Important to check the cake when you receive it. Do inform us immediately and take a picture.
